Black, white, and an abundance of patterns and striking colors: These were our design guidelines to creating a space that would attract visitors to this very elaborate yet classily eccentric restaurant. The main objective was to create a "monument-like" space that would entice individuals to take photographs and capture memories. Just as important as it was to have delicious food, the experience that came with being in such a restaurant with indescribable history and unimaginable views was the ultimate objective. To create a space that used a hint of oriental patterns with plenty of modern colors, textures and furniture gave this restaurant its very own individualized identity. To see the mix of so many patterns, textures, and strong bold colors work so beautifully together is a testament that there are no rules when it comes to design.
